Role Snapshot
As a Senior Blaze Advisor Developer, you will work with others to make modifications to moderately complex applications from detailed specifications. You will assist with design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of various programs here at WPS as well as utilizing effective communication skills to interpret the needs of clients and coordinate with other Information Systems teams to create a productive workplace environment for everyone.

- Are skilled at following defined Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Control processes.
- Want to coordinate development activities with other teams, e.g., database management, infrastructure configuration, quality assurance testing.
- Find fulfillment in providing technical assistance to clients in a professional and accommodating manner.
- Enjoy taking a leadership role on moderately complex projects independently or as part of a larger project team.
- Can handle multiple competing initiatives and escalate issues effectively.

Minimum Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.
- 1 or more years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in Information Systems performing development work.
- Experience with object-oriented development (OOP/OOD) using Java, .NET, or other object-oriented development.
- 2 or more years' experience with FICO Blaze Advisor.
Salary Range
$90,000 - $120,000
The base pay offered for this position may vary based on your experience, knowledge, skills, and may fall outside the posted range.

Remote Worker Requirements
For remote position, employee is required to meet remote worker requirements, including a designated work station, a wired (Ethernet) connection to the network, and a minimum of 10Mbps downstream connection with at least 1Mbps upstream (can be checked at https://speedtest.net)
