Senior Blockchain Expansion Manager

You will work closely with blockchain foundations and partners to design and execute initiatives that drive meaningful usage and circulation. You will collaborate across multiple internal teams to align growth initiatives with broader business objectives while maintaining strong external relationships. In this role, you will lead ecosystem expansion initiatives and manage strategic partnerships across blockchain networks.

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners
• Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment between partner goals and strategic priorities
• Design and execute high-impact growth initiatives that drive adoption and real-world use cases of digital assets
• Identify and develop scalable opportunities to increase asset usage and ecosystem engagement
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving marketing, product, economics, and regional expansion teams
• Track, analyze, and report on initiative performance, ensuring alignment with defined KPIs and objectives
• Optimize project structures and execution processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Proactively identify new partnership opportunities and drive initiatives from concept to execution
• Provide leadership with insights, updates, and strategic recommendations based on performance data

Requirements:

This role requires strong experience in partnerships, ecosystem growth, and strategic execution within blockchain, fintech, or technology environments.

• Proven experience in partnership management or ecosystem development, ideally in crypto, fintech, or tech industries
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, high-impact growth projects from ideation to execution
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable execution plans
• Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams such as marketing, product, and expansion
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a remote, global setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, stablecoins, or decentralized technologies is a strong plus
• Experience with Layer 1 or Layer 2 networks or blockchain foundations is preferred
