Senior Bookkeeper

We are looking for a highly professional and skilled Senior Bookkeeper, The Senior Bookkeeper will have full responsibility for the company’s accounting activities, including monthly internal and external reporting, budget tracking, managing invoice entering and payment process, and ensuring compliance with all government related reporting (i.e. Tax, VAT, etc.). The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently, possess strong analytical skills, and have a deep understanding of accounting principles.

This role demands a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Issue invoices to customers, tracking AR invoices and ensure that receivables are collected promptly
• Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit
• Credit card reconciliation – monitoring the transactions daily and making sure receipts are received and saved, verifying, allocating, and recording the transactions in our book
• Expenses reimbursement – gathering the employees’ receipts and travel expenses reports, checking the reimbursement amount, saving and filing documentation

· Payable invoices.

• Bookkeeping on a monthly basis including Banks, vendors, credit cards, and intercompany account reconciliation.
• Prepare and manage the payment cycle for the whole Company, including multiple global currencies.
• Fixed assets -Additions, Deductions, and Depreciation JE.
• Analyzing and reconciliation of all general ledger, prepaid, and accrued expenses.
• Responsibility for monthly submissions to tax authorities (VAT, Income tax, National insurance, Tax on payroll, and submit 126 Form and 856 Form).

• Certified Bookkeeper type 2 (type 3 an advantage)
• 8 years experience as a bookkeeper, at least 4 years at a global Hi-Tech Company.
• Experience working with Priority - Must.
• Knowledge in NetSuite – Advantage.
• High level of English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Understanding of Israeli Tax Law and all VAT reporting guidelines.
• Great communication skills and ability to work in collaboration with team members.
• Experience with multi-currency environment
