Ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping experience who’s ready to grow into an accounting role. Responsibilities: • Manage daily transactions, A/P, A/R, and account reconciliations • Handle monthly closeout and prepare financial summaries • Assist with cash flow tracking and internal reporting • Work with external CPAs on filings and strategy • Begin supporting accruals, journal entries, and financial analysis Qualifications: • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or similar systems • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Desire to grow into an accounting role • Bonus: experience with tax prep, GAAP, or real estate accounting Compensation: • $60,000 salary plus health/dental insurance after 90 day probation Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Application Question(s): • This is an in-person job.
