Overview

As the Senior Brand Designer on the Design team you’ll work on bringing our existing brand to life through a range of marketing materials and guiding the evolution of our brand language. In this role you’ll design for a range of audiences and touchpoints. You’ll inspire others to think creatively and critically about everything we produce and create a safe space for all voices to be heard.

What You’ll Do: 

• You’ll have the opportunity to guide the evolution of our brand by rolling up your sleeves and concepting new solutions along with guiding the work of others. 
• You’ll collaborate with a variety of vendors and contractors that scale up as needed. 
• You’ll build strong relationships with our marketing partners and be instrumental in fine tuning our marketing design process and exploring new ways to bring our brand to life, internally and externally. 
• You’ll bring others through your design process and articulate a clear rationale for how you (and the team) landed on a solution. You connect your ideas to business goals and audience insights.

• You’re a creative thinker who excels at developing solutions within constraints

Experience:  

• 5+ years of design experience
• Must have: hands on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop)

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $125,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, AbleTo offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
