Senior Brand Designer
Job Description
OLIVER is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join a high-profile account for a Fortune 500 financial services firm. This relatively new global account has already seen growth and is continuing to expand. Â
As Senior Designer, you’ll be an essential member of the in-house agency embedded within the Brand & Advertising team. If you’re passionate about brand innovation and creative that drives connections, come join us! You’ll help shape the brand refresh and new advertising campaign by working directly with Brand and Advertising leads while being integrated into their teams. As part of the in-house creative team, you’ll be able to leverage training, peer networking and other resources that will empower you to do your best work. Â

- Evolving our brand identity and visual approach to align with new positioning Â
- Interpreting marketing ideas and turning them into a visual reality at a world-class levelÂ
- Developing creative and graphic concepts (for digital and print) to support brand campaignsÂ
- Defining and creating a visual language as an extension of the brand (e.g., illustrations, icons, colors, typography, animations, etc.)Â
- Interacting regularly with Brand and Advertising leads, creative partners and other team members as needed for completion of assigned projectsÂ
- Acting as the liaison between the brand team and UX teamÂ
- Advocating for consistent and cohesive design throughout the company.Â
- 7-10 years of experience working in a brand studio/design agency or client-facing organization; experience with rebranding initiatives is a plusÂ
- Portfolio of work showcasing creativity and innovative ideasÂ
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Microsoft Office (Word and PPT)Â Â
- Motivation, focus and ownership mentality, even under pressure.Â
- For roles that will be performed in New York City, this is the pay range $120,000-$140,000 Â
In compliance with local law, this is the salary range OLIVER Agency believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined on various factors including but not limited to geographic location, qualifications, experience, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business and/or client needs. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package for our employees.Â
