Senior Brand Designer

Babylon's mission is to bring Bitcoin’s unparalleled security to the decentralized world via a new public Cosmos-SDK PoS blockchain (Babylon) and a suite of inter-chain protocols.

We need an enthusiastic and innovative Senior Designer to help continuously define, craft and deliver an outstanding experience for Babylon. The ideal candidate has experience creating sophisticated design solutions, believes in Babylon’s mission, and knows how to define and deliver holistic user outcomes while navigating complexity.

As a Senior Designer, your ownership will be paramount in designing the future of Babylon visually for a global audience.

What You'll Do:

• Build visually compelling assets that bring our Go To Market campaigns to life - banners, landing pages, memes, and video

• Create brand awareness and recognition strategies, including ideas exploration and generation of new and attractive content for our audience.

• Creative Design: Exceptional ability to create visually compelling assets across digital marketing, social media, and websites.

  • Create designs that include social media graphics, campaigns, infographics, offline collateral such as merchandise and printing designs, animation and video editing.

• Brand Consistency: Strong understanding of brand guidelines to ensure cohesive and consistent design across all platforms.

• Marketing Asset Creation: Proven experience in creating impactful marketing assets, including banners, ads, and social media content.

• Collaborate closely with our content creators and create original graphic content to support social media announcements and blog articles.

• Generate creative concepts and direction for new marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in design is required.

• Experience designing assets for Crypto, B2B, or Financial products

• The ability to work on several projects to a high standard at the same time.

• Excited by working with AI to automate and augment design processes and output.

• Fluency in Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, InDesign) and Figma.

• Proficiency in typography, UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense.

• Ability to conceptualize and design assets like icons, social media graphics, GIFs, infographics, banners.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Knowledge of UI/UX Design.
