Report to: Nutrition VN Lead
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor business performance of Knorr Ready to Eat end to end P&L, brand health, consumer and retail data analysis
- Lead overall brand campaigns and innovations in drive business growth
- Lead external agencies in creating new campaigns and activations and deployment mixes and campaigns
- Brand plan & A&P budget management
- Lead on-going analysis and review of consumer, category, channel/customer and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and identify growth opportunity.
- Lead the development of local marketing mix (Proposition, Product, Pack, Price, Place and Promotion)
- Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process from activity and demand planning to sales monitoring and analysis
- Responsible for launch and network management (innovation, relaunch product, market development and saving project), building launch plans, customer sell-in and legal & regulatory issues and managing brand budget.
- Builds productive working relationship with cross functionals: sales team, trade marketing team, CMI, regional category team, finance, and supply chain to manage brand's day to day operations, and external partners and agencies.
- Deliver market- and customer-knowledge driven input into innovation platform projects and brand planning to ensure requirements of group of brands will be met in the future
- Responsible for launch/ re-launch management; building plans and channel strategies (promotions, media and POS), Customer sell-in and legal & regulatory issues.
- Develop & lead implementation of activation platforms and ideas based on the brand vision plan working with communication teams and agencies (PR, BTL ...)
- Lead the monitoring and reviewing of effectiveness of innovation and renovation programme to inform future plans. Ensure continued focus on and support of innovation platforms once launched.

- At least 4 years of experience in brand/product management/marketing (FMCG).
- Experience in Food and Beverage category is a plus
- Knowledge on communication development, and media planning process, public relations, and e-commerce
- Good with numbers (sales analysis, knowledge of P&L, budgeting) and has experience in strategy development
- Experience in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders - both internal and external partners
- Experience in leading an internal cross functional task force and working with external agencies
- An excellent English language communicator with senior stakeholders and peers (conversational and presentational)
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
