The Opportunity
*This position is located in Colorado working in a hybrid/remote environment*
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. As an important member of OrthoFi's Marketing team, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will touch areas across our entire marketing strategy including demand generation, content writing, product marketing, events, and social media. The Senior Brand Manager will work with multiple teams to creatively communicate OrthoFi's value proposition across all stages of the buyer journey. We are looking for a creative, accomplished storyteller that is passionate about brand-building engaging content that creates demand for this unique solution. You understand how to develop successful marketing campaigns across multiple different channels and has experience generating qualified sales leads and growing demand for business-to-business solutions.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns that tell the OrthoFi story across the prospect and customer lifecycle, including email, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, webinars, and events.
- Help build the annual budget and manage P&L for events and other major projects
- Understand OrthoFi's value proposition for both current and prospective customers.
- Create engaging and impactful content for a variety of platforms including social media, video, website, landing pages, blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, and infographics.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing campaigns with specific goals across different channels and segments.
- Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate main timeline deliverables with media/fulfillment vendors to ensure execution.
- Collaborate with designers, team members, external influencers and industry experts to produce engaging content that meets the needs of both important partners and our audience.
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends, customer insights, and marketing best practices to ensure that content is appealing.
- Maintain OrthoFi's social media channels, including driving content, retargeting ad campaigns, engagement with other accounts, and overseeing content calendars.
- Monitor on the effectiveness of current marketing projects, extract important insights for optimizing future campaigns and implement recommendations on lead nurturing tactics.
- Help plan trade shows and industry events by providing pre-and post-event marketing support.
The Skill Set
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with an emphasis on brand management, prospect nurturing, and lead conversion.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing or other relevant field is required
- Prior experience in P&L ownership
- Experience developing successful marketing plans for generating demand and converting leads using email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and social media.
- Project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize
- Experience creating high-converting emails and landing pages.
- Has a metrics-driven marketing mind and eye for creativity.
- Experience using marketing automation (Hubspot), CRM (Salesforce), and marketing analytics tools to launch, increase and scale programs.
- Up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends and best practices.
- Experience working in orthodontics, dental or health tech industries.

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000/year plus variable compensation
