Lyft is seeking an experienced, proven brand marketer to lead Lyft's most impactful brand campaigns. The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will amplify the Lyft brand and execute on a high-impact brand strategy by leading integrated marketing campaigns grounded in consumer insights and cultural moments. Most importantly, they will be a champion of the Lyft brand, developing close relationships with key cross-functional partners to bring the brand to life across all consumer touch points. 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead high priority integrated marketing efforts to build brand preference for Lyft, spearhead campaign planning, creative brief development, go-to-market planning, and oversight of execution / implementation
  • Partner with cross functional leaders from various disciplines (eg. media, social / influencers, product marketing, product, analytics) to determine channel strategy, activations, and product integration  
  • Partner with the Product Marketing team on the development and implementation of consumer messages that will pull through brand programs.
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing team to support acquisition efforts that simultaneously build brand preference 
  • Create alignment with key internal partners through consistent communication, and deliver program playbooks that will help extend the brand message among both internal and external partners.
  • Act as the ongoing guardian of the brand, work with internal cross-functional teams and agency partners in rolling out and ensuring adoption of the overall brand strategy and guidelines
Experience:
  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience developing integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive brand preference.
  • Experience working with product managers and/or product marketers, specifically driving towards infusing brand into the product experience. 
  • Expert at writing strategic briefs, and working closely with creative teams to ensure work is delivering against the brief. 
  • Consistently leverages data, analytics, insights and metrics to propel brand strategy and execute compelling marketing programs that deliver measurable impact.
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, cultivator of strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Inspires creative thinking and a “make it happen” mindset at all levels within their organization.
  • Forward-thinking, analytical and problem-solving mindset; experience in navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Starting in September 2023, this role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

The expected range of pay for this position in the US is $144,000 - $160,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
