About the role

Design Bridge and Partners is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Brand Strategist to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will play a key role in leading and developing client projects, mentoring team members, and contributing to the agency's thought leadership. In this pivotal role you will

• Lead strategic thinking on client projects, from brief development to final deliverables.
• Uncover unique insights and leverage data and AI tools to inform brand strategy.
• Develop compelling presentations and narratives that resonate with clients.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Contribute to the agency's thought leadership through content creation and PR efforts.

About you 

To be successful in the role you will bring:

• Proven experience in brand strategy, ideally within an agency setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for working with leading brands.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence.
