We are looking for an Senior Business Analyst to join the leading client Business Analytics team to determine common measurement strategies that drive business performance across the Customer Solution Areas (CSAs). New and modified KPIs/metrics will result and enable actionable business insights.

Would you like to…

• Provide services to understand the levers and accompanying data associated with achieving business targets within each CSA. Through focused discussions and workshops, new measurement frameworks will be developed and aligned on that will enable improved business results. An agile approach will be used to implement the new models across the GDC. As business insights surface, processes will be established to drive meaningful and impactful actions to the appropriate team(s). A new rhythm of business will be created with the CSAs iterate the new models and processes.
• Establish a business rhythm around insights across our data partners.
• How are we actually evolving that conversation to ensure that the business decisions or the business analysis and insights are making it up to the senior leaders, and there's some different meetings in different evolutions that are happening there, but they'll be a way that we can tie that in
• Will be on integration of thoughts and ideas and processes into the larger team as well

We would like you to have…

• 10 plus years visualization and story telling 
• 10 plus years collaboration with multiple stakeholder, strong and bold thinker 
• 10 plus curiosity and ability to bring things together to improve business communication 
• This person must understand the whole picture and be able to speak to all the different teams and tell a single cohesive story in many different ways

Compensation Range: $60 - $70 hourly. This is a contract position.
