Senior Business Analyst

Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in the insurance industry, who will join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Playing a key role in presale processes
• Identifying the business needs and expectations of the customer and translating them into business change drivers and effective technical solutions
• Planning, conducting, and facilitating discovery project workshops
• Defining, translating, simplifying, and prioritizing requirements
• Handling discovery phase activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• 1+ years of experience in the insurance domain
• Solid expertise in the discovery stage of the project
• Ability to translate business needs into software and operational requirements
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• At least an Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English for daily communication

Will be a plus:

• Working experience with migration processes
• Understanding of mainframe architectures
