Senior Business Analyst

This is a hybrid work model that allows you to work both in the office and from home at our Phoenix, AZ location.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret business challenges and recommend data-backed best practices for improvement
• Extract and interpret large-scale data, collaborating to address complex questions
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and present data-driven insights
• Consult with leadership and customers, delivering insights for decision-making
• Develop and maintain applications, reports, and analyses to enhance solutions based on feedback
• Manage a library of standard reports and analyses for current and future business applications
• Collaborate with analytical teams to develop predictive solutions
• Build relationships to bring data-driven solutions to life and improve supply chain services
• Advocate for and create data-driven products to enhance outcomes for customers and partners
• Partner with internal departments to understand and leverage trends for business impact
• Develop and maintain robust reporting and analytics platforms
• Assess and review team members' work for accuracy, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Drive engagement, planning, and decision-making with management

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 4 years of analytics experience developing business solutions using comprehensive, robust data assets
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools, including, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL querying

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Logistics and supply chain experience.
• Strong understanding of data fundamentals and data integrity.
• Experience collaborating with product teams in an iterative environment.
• Ability to drive positive change in a large, dispersed organization.
• Positive and collaborative work style.
• Effective and flexible communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to present, influence, and consult with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in developing and communicating business insights using data.
