Job Duties and Responsibilities
Boost Mobile is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our daily operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily operations reports
• Perform financial analysis for strategic initiatives within the Operations team
• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
• Analyze data related to all areas of platform operations and initiatives
• Engage with key dealer partners in the field to determine reporting gaps and process improvement opportunities

Skills, Experience and Requirements
A successful Senior Business Analyst will have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 5 years of applicable experience
• Exceptional observation, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting to enhance the analysis process
• Hands-on experience in working with industry-standard testing tools like SQL, Postman, SNOWFLAKE, and similar
• Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of people
• Convey complex technical concepts to others who may be less tech-savvy than you
• Effective troubleshooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to network and collaborate across multiple teams with a flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results, team player
• Experience with operational analysis including data collection, reporting, and analytics.
• Advanced in GSuite and MS Office

Salary Range
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
