We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).

The Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) will be responsible for providing financial analysis and contract support for assigned projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and correctly reported to state and federal authorities. The Sr. BA will collaborate with the client, various team member across multiple projects and external vendors supporting financial, business and technology activities for the enterprise Project Management Office (PMO).

Job Responsibilities Include:• Support the client and enterprise PMO Managers in business and financial activities• Support the client and PMO Manager in reporting and communications• Ability to gather requirements and design business process for small to large financial projects to support the client finance and reporting department• Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and make presentations• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding financial transactions. • Analyzing project costs and preparing estimates for new projects.

Basic Qualifications:• Undergraduate degree • Minimum 6 years' experience collaborating with clients to develop budgets, forecast expenses and contract performance and management• Up to 10% Travel to Little Rock, AR may be required• Minimum 1 years of experience using MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Preferred Skills:• Experience with project management, business, and financial operations in a multi-vendor environment.• Past experience with JIRA or QuickBase or experience with development and implementation of small project SDLC• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and client management skills• Budget development and contract management skills• Experience with Medicaid is a plus.

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation

for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role

is $91-168k. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work

location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
