AEC Offering Management and Business Analysis team @ Autodesk

The AEC Offering Management and Business Analysis team is responsible for offering strategy, offering execution, strategic analysis, market research, centralized AEC datasets, and health of business dashboards and insights. We are a horizontal team that collaborates closely with business leaders and vertical segment leads to bring value to customers through our AEC offerings and bring value to the organization through strategic analysis and data driven insights.

Responsibilities

• We're looking for outstanding candidates to join our team to help solve critical business problems through data-driven insights and analysis
• Tackle business issues and questions that arise and steer the business toward an insight's driven solution
• Own dashboard development for use across the business. Including development of data aggregation and dashboard visualization in PowerBI
• Analyze market trends, internal data, customer feedback, competition, offering structure, business health, and strategic priorities to support business planning and execution
• Size business opportunities by industry, region and / or persona, facilitate related business planning. Influence market positioning, value propositions and product roadmap
• Collaborate across the company with business leads, product development, marketing, sales, customer success / support, operations and finance to achieve success against business objectives

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business analytics, data analytics, data engineering, data science, statistics, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience, in roles combining analytics, research, and business insights / strategy
• Experience developing live business dashboards, including development of supporting data pipelines
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint and data tools such as Snowflake, Sigma & SQL
• US equivalent MBA a plus

• You are a collaborative team player: You value being part of a team and realize that working with others is as valuable as completing great analyses

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $84,400 and $145,640. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
