We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).

Overview of job:
The UI SBA will utilize their experience in Unemployment Insurance domain in the following Benefits areas Claims Intake, Weekly Certifications, Out of State Functions, Monetary and Non-Monetary Determinations, Overpayments, Appeals, USDOL compliance, IRS compliance The UI SBA will also utilize their experience the following Tax areas like Employer establishment and maintenance, Contribution and Wage Reports, Employee Leasing, Billing and Collections, Liens, Fraud and Investigations, Appeals and Cashiering.
The SBA will work alongside the State Team to assist with scheduling, prioritizing, and monitoring efforts to effectively communicate State program needs as they pertain to various Project Management knowledge areas The Senior Business Analyst will determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

Job Responsibilities Include:• Support the client and PMO Managers in business activities for the UI system • Support the client and PMO Managers in reporting and communications• Develop/adapt processes as needed to fit the quality/cost/timelines requirements for the ongoing operations and project activities• Ability to create and maintain Microsoft Project Schedule for all project activities• Ability in documenting project status, conducting meetings and making presentations• Ability to gather requirements for large scale complex business and technical operations• Ability to apply industry best practices and future state/federal mandates to existing systems• Ability to leverage knowledge of client policy and apply it when appropriate• Utilizing best practices around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance• Coordinate with the business teams to identify new functionality when required and set reasonable expectations with end users, employers, and claimants

Basic Qualifications:• Undergraduate degree or 4 years additional relevant experience • Minimum 8 years' experience in project management of technical projects and technology integrations• Minimum 8 years' experience working on large, complex systems projects
Preferred Skills:• Client-facing delivery experience in Unemployment Insurance industry• Minimum 3 years working on large scale UI modernization projects• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience building and directing teams
