Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop IT Organizational Readiness plan to evaluate TFA 1099 Platform preparedness, track progress, milestones, and gaps across the areas of people, process, technology and financials.
• Determine readiness component areas, engage and align stakeholders, identify organizational readiness timeline impacts.
• Identify, document, and communicate end-to-end technical and organizational readiness requirements throughout the lifecycle of the program.
• Revise, review and update program Organizational Readiness Plans to reflect changes and modifications in implementation planning. Develop a plan for implementing organizational readiness capabilities, e.g. workshops, readiness assessments, tabletops, integration, and operations planning.
• Collaborate with IT and Business stakeholders to capture the people, process, technology, and financial-related impacts and establish common understanding of scope of change and the role impacted stakeholder groups play in program success.
• Provide recommendations to drive engagement and adoption based on key stakeholder groups’ interaction with solution and their unique communication and engagement needs.
• Facilitate early identification and resolution of organizational readiness gaps; maintain a Program Gap Log and incorporate updates into existing Program Management practices (e.g., Risk Register, IMS).
• Identify and implement organizational readiness activities that should be considered during the pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment stages and develop detailed, action-oriented plans to close gaps and enable smooth production go-lives.

• Continuously assess enterprise priorities, goals, and the long-term strategy to track program milestones (e.g., cross-ACIO confidence milestones) and performance measures for each milestone.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
• Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant.
