Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Requirement Gathering & Documentation:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into clear, concise requirements.
• Document functional and technical specifications, ensuring all project objectives are captured.
• Communicate requirements effectively to development, QA, and design teams, facilitating a smooth workflow.

Workflow Design & System Analysis:

• Analyze business functions to determine operational objectives, evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Construct detailed workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write precise specifications.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and design modifications to enhance current practices.

Strategic Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and requirements planning.
• Interpret and evaluate research data, developing integrated business analyses to inform strategic decisions.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Perform regular reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
• Recommend changes to senior management, backed by analytics, and actively participate in the implementation of approved modifications.

Leadership & Mentorship:

• Take on additional responsibilities such as leading project design, mentoring junior BAs, and managing more complex projects.
• Engage with higher-level stakeholders, including senior management and executives, influencing project direction and decision-making.
• Lead the feedback loop, ensuring that all stakeholder input is addressed and integrated into the project lifecycle.
  Education / Work Experience Requirements: 
  

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Min 6+ years exp in Requirements Gathering
• Understanding of SQL Database and API is a must
• Understanding of Diagram and Wireframing tools such as Draw.io/ Balsamiq/ Miro/ other is a must
• Understanding of Project Management tools such as JIRA/ Trello/others is preferred
• Prior experience of working with a Product company is preferred
• Logistics/ Supply Chain Management / E-commerce Domain preferred
