The Sr. Business Analyst will work to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge. In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis. You should be analytical and an excellent communicator. If you also have a business acumen and problem-solving aptitude, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will enhance our business intelligence system to help us make better decisions. Support revenue opportunities by partnering with cross functional teams and help understand customer and partner challenges while showcasing how Finexio can solve customer problems.

In this role, you will advise and consult with clients at the senior management/executive level providing industry insight, technology acumen, knowledge of business processes and solution expertise to clients. As part of serving internal and external clients, you should be comfortable with coordination across business units and maintaining relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or SaaS companies
• 3 years of experience in an analytical and/or strategic role.
• To be successful in this role, you need strong analytical skills, incisive thinking, nuanced stakeholder engagement, team-oriented, and passion for growing a business.
• Your ability to think strategically, attention to detail and flexibility to work with cross-functional teams is critical to succeeding in this position.

Responsibilities:

• You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Finexio's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.
• Analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
• Lead the full lifecycle of measurement initiatives, from idea to implementation
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and earn their trust to challenge the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
• Collaborate across teams to innovate, activating full measurement and attribution product capabilities for customers, and develop scalable solutions.
• To be successful in this role, you will have lead workstreams supporting strategy projects within the organization.
• You'll problem-solve opportunities to accelerate growth and increase efficiencies by working with Finexio leaders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• You will work with team leaders at all levels to solve complex problems across the organization, develop recommendations, and present to executive leadership.
• You'll provide strategic thought leadership for central business initiatives, work cross-functionally with partner teams and leadership to capture all perspectives, and operationalize plans.
• Translate business needs to technical specifications for data engineering
• Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
• Maintain and support data analytics Dashboards for teams

Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 base.
