The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading the elicitation of detailed requirements from the Product Owner, other SMEs, and stakeholders to define epics, features and detailed user stories that enable efficient and predictable delivery. Must demonstrate expert elicitation practices that drive out details regarding user needs and workflow to enable effective solutions that delight users. Maintains a strong relationship with Product Team and external inputs by leveraging engineering requirements, practices and methods to define solutions to ensure products enable desired value. A product evangelist at heart and user advocate with a passion to build amazing products that simplify and elevate user's experiences.

What you'll do

• Participates in and/or leads practices to enable clear prioritization such as Business Driven Development (Story Mapping), Three Amigos, creation of testable requirements, release and iteration planning.
• Leads elicitation sessions using variety of requirements gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, user shadowing, business models with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts.
• Defines detailed, granular and development-ready stories. Ensures stories align to stated product goals and drive product metrics.
• Extracts and articulates systems design from informal process descriptions of wants.
• Mediates across different delivery teams utilizing knowledge of business and technology, and roles and responsibilities within the organization.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 5 years' BA experience.
• Proficiency in Agile development techniques.
• Ability to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
• Demonstrable experience teaching or explaining technical results or concepts to less technical audiences.
• Excellent oral and written communication skill.
• Proven ability to prioritize and execute on projects quickly; get things done mentality.
• Protect and take care of our company and member's data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies.
• Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
• Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
