We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading reviews of business processes, optimizing strategies, and staying informed about the latest technological advancements to modernize systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Stay current on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Perform requirements analysis
• Document and communicate the results of your efforts in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria
• Effectively convey insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), and Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Expertise in conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Qualifications in performing requirements analysis
• Skills in documenting results effectively
• Familiarity with modern IT advancements
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
