Summary
The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with SDI client teams to ensure we are fully utilizing the capabilities of the EAM System. The consultant will work to provide information regarding current features within the EAM System, how they should be utilized and adopted and how to ensure our processes are aligned accordingly. This role will understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Follows established guidelines/procedures of our SDI EAM Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to ensure understanding of key capabilities within EAM System and how they support applicable processes
- Experience with requirements gathering, translating them into epics and user stories
- Work with external clients to create requirements for upgrades of the EAM System platform
- Guide customers on best utilization of EAM System capabilities
- Provide consulting on how to translate business requirements into system requirements
- Work with the EAM Technical team for planning, design, and implementation of relevant modules for our customers
- Participate in all Platform level activities for maintenance and support of the EAM System platform, to include new releases, upgrades, etc.
- Partner with Product Owners in development of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to measure operational performance and value driven by the EAM System applications
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of combined experience with EAM Systems, performing business analysis, assessing current state business processes, defining future state business processes, and implementing the new business processes. Hands on experience with maintenance and asset management processes ideal.
- Experience with managing and documenting business requirements
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies for project management
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten (10) years' related experience, or equivalent combination of education / experience
- Experience in leading and facilitating groups and teams
- Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders with varying levels of exposure to EAM System, such as senior leadership team, and department heads, etc.
- Communicates with positive impact: excellent leadership, business partnership, negotiation, etc.
- Poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations
- Ability to strategically impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
- Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Must be able to obtain a badge from the airport
