Job Duties:
Tubi, Inc. seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst (corporate title: Senior Business Analyst, Business Operations and Strategy) to provide support to Tubiās Business Operations team by analyzing data and powering the ROI-driven approach to decision-making across the entire company. Learn and contribute to a highly productive, data-driven and analytical team, as well as work cross-functionally and communicate effectively. Specific duties include: 1) Define highest priorities for the business and create road maps for parallel projects with the goal of creating operational visibility to all aspects of the business, driving ROI-based decision making, presenting analytical performance of company KPIs and initiatives, storyboarding and fleshing out C-suite presentations to drive strategy discussions. 2) Provide training and support to junior analysts; build their understanding of Tubi's data structures, policies, and definitions; and help shape their output and communication skills with senior members of the team. 3) Work cross-functionally in a supporting capacity to a highly driven and impactful team across several verticals including but not limited to content, sales, growth, and marketing. 4) Be involved in content vertical which includes identifying drivers of content performance, evaluating drivers of content viewership, optimization around machine learning driven content engines, building out of complex models for varying content deal types, and cost optimization around content deals. 5) Be involved in sales vertical which includes performing deep dives into ad sales revenue streams of the business, cross-sectional views of performance of direct, partner, specific advertisers as well as specific revenue KPIs (cpm, fill, capacity). 6) Be involved in growth vertical which includes analyzing return on investment on user acquisition spend across all channels, tradeoffs of resource allocation, evaluating strategic opportunities across OTT platforms, and identifying barriers and solutions to scaling. 7) Be involved in marketing vertical which includes tracking what is typically not analytical metrics, defining success and delineating roadmaps for rollout of marketing initiatives in a cost-effective manner. Job Requirements:
Requires a Bachelorās degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, plus two (2) years of business analysis or related experience involving data science, statistics or a related area.
Experience must include one (1) year of analysis experience in business operations and strategy in the media/entertainment industry; and working cross functionally and maintaining relationships with partners on both business and data science teams
*Specific Skills: Also requires experience or knowledge in the following: 1) Experience in SQL, Python, R and Hive; 2) Experience in Advanced Google Sheets, Excel and PowerPoint; 3) Experience with visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau; 4) Experience working with version control tools such as Git/Github and command line interface; 5) Experience working with large databases and cloud technology; 6) Knowledge of A/B testing and simple linear regression; and 7) Knowledge of financial modeling, data analysis and other statistical modeling

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $131,812.50 - $144,993 per year.Ā This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k)plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
