The Technology Engineering and Operations (TE&O) - Business Operations & Planning organization's primary responsibility is to plan, track and optimize technology spend across an over $550 million portfolio. This organization works closely with the TE&O team, Business units and our Finance and Procurement partners to establish core KPIs and track all spend to meet or exceed plan. This organization partners with our product development and operations teams to identify potential optimizations that will improve cost efficiency, develop plans to implement those optimizations and manage those plans to ensure that the desired optimizations are delivered to the business on schedule while minimizing risk to the business.
As Senior - Business Analyst, under general supervision of a global team, you will be responsible for monitoring, reporting and forecasting public cloud cost working closely with infrastructure, product, development, and finance stakeholders. You will provide impactful analysis, insights, and recommendations on our cloud infrastructure spend while enhancing visibility of our cloud spend in order to drive efficiency in how we are spending in order to manage cloud spend within established budgets.
Job Requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
• Drive increased visibility of cloud cost management across technology, product and application teams• Partner with Finance and Technology teams to develop annual budgets, monthly and multi-year outlooks and manage public cloud costs to plan• Develop, modify and/or maintain cloud costs and utilization reports, dashboards, and cost usage alerting and forecasting• Provide monthly reporting to business application owners on consumption costs• Enable monitoring and reporting capability to identify inconsistent consumption against expected models• Monitor and detect unexpected spikes in consumption across cloud tenants to identify non-budgeted expenses • Partake in creating, maturing, and governing Cost Optimization policies and best practice• Identify opportunities and develop plans to deliver optimizations that improve our overall cloud cost efficiency• Develop and track KPIs to ensure overall cost efficiency is being achieved within area of responsibility• Support Technology Transformation effort to migrate on premise environments to the Cloud

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years related experience managing cloud spend
Must Have Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of cloud technology and cost components/drivers, particularly AWS & GCPExperience using tools such as CloudHealth, Google Cloud Platform Reporting tools, Microsoft Excel
- Understanding on Savings/Discount plans, Committed Use Discounts, Reserved Instances, chargeback reporting, show back, and spend control
- Experience creating cost optimization models with engineering teams that utilize cloud services
- Deep analytical skills: a passion for gathering information from various sources, analyzing and presenting your recommendations to leadership to drive significant cost and process improvements
- Experience with large and complex cloud environments
- Strong financial background e.g., creating ROI, TCO, and cost and utilization optimization strategies
- Passion for optimizing cloud costs and identifying utilization efficiencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stong business and financial acumen
