Senior Business Analyst, ERP
Job Description
We are looking for an exceptionally motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Senior Business Analyst to be part of a highly visible, strategic team focused on aligning strategic objectives with tactical demands. This role will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the ERP system from a business use standpoint. The focus of this position is to work hands on with technology and business teams to ensure that the ERP is configured based on evolving business needs and drives all stages of the implementation lifecycle to Green Thumb's cultivation centers located across the US.
The role is located at Green Thumb's corporate office in Chicago supporting locations across the US. This is an extremely unique and "greenfield" opportunity to join a fast-paced organization and build an excellence center, with clear and tangible impact on the future of Green Thumb's position in this business domain. Â
Up to 50% travel is required with this position.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ- Provide and support the implementation of the ERP by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders by; identifying business needs, determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices;, monitoring progress and results, capitalizing on improvement opportunities, adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilitiesÂ
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to drive definition workshops, document and test system requirements including enhancement requests that align with ERP functionalityÂ
- Work with business partners and IT teams to collate existing legacy data that needs to be converted and uploaded to the new solution. Collaborate with the functional and IT teams to convert this available data into formats and content as required for the new solution. This includes current open data and historical data, where available and needed
- Ownership of market implementation activities including leading system configuration, executing against project plan, conducting process reviews, UAT and trainingÂ
- Learn CPG-wide business processes and the related ERP solution / configurations for the global template to be used for rollout of the solution to all sitesÂ
- Provide day-to-day functional support to provide clarifications, resolve issues and manage escalationsÂ
- Create work instructions, process flows, communications and any related ad-hoc activitiesÂ
- 3+ years' experience in a professional environment supporting an enterprise-wide application or ERP systemÂ
- General understanding of CPG retail, wholesale, and supply chain functions and processesÂ
- Demonstrated history of thinking critically to investigate, resolve issues and advance improvements to other opportunitiesÂ
- Strong technical competency and comfort troubleshooting reported issues, bugs, documenting and testing in a technical environmentÂ
- Project management and organization skills to self-manage projects, tasks and maintain visibility of project status to involved stakeholdersÂ
- Self-starter with high motivation and passion to thrive & adopt in an ever-changing, fast-paced environmentÂ
- Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including the ability to work closely with stakeholders at every level of the business and deal with confidential informationÂ
- BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Operations or a related field is preferredÂ
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills with proven experience creating detailed reports, facilitating large stakeholder meetings, coordinating digital communication between departments and giving presentationsÂ
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools like Azure DevOps, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and TeamsÂ
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP system a plusÂ
- Experience interacting, implementing and technically supporting an enterprise application with a focus on data integrity, quality and integrations a plusÂ
- Experience with highly regulated industries a plusÂ
- Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of Green ThumbÂ
- Must pass any and all required background checks Â
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry Â
- Must possess valid driver’s licenseÂ
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of ageÂ
- Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry
