The ResMed Digital Health Technology (DHT) team powers digital experiences and engagement to enhance the lives of millions of people every day through connected care. This role is part of DHT-IT, providing solutions for ResMed's Distribution and warehouse Operations.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be embedded with a dynamic, fast-paced team in IT responsible for creating and supporting cloud/on-prem solutions utilizing Warehouse Management Systems, Warehouse conveyor systems, Oracle ERP, Tableau, Snowflake, and more. The team supports key business capabilities for ResMed Distribution and Warehouse Operation using these integrated systems

The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for operational excellence by partnering with business to understand and improve operational systems and processes while ensuring business requirements are being met. Collaborating closely with the business stakeholders, Product Owner and Development Team, this role will be responsible for driving projects from start to finish from requirements gathering to implementation. In addition, this role is responsible for review of tools and technologies for improving performance, reducing costs and manage deliverables. This role will also drive solution adoption by leveraging key change management, communication and stakeholder management principles

• Facilitate presentations, group meetings, and walk-through sessions with stakeholders and IT professionals.
• Create user story requirements and acceptance criteria to clearly communicate requirements to engineers, QA team, and end users.
• Experience writing and reviewing a broad range of technical documentation, especially technical requirements, specifications and design documents.
• Collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with the development teams to perform functional testing of system enhancements/changes resulting from the work effort.
• Partner with the QA team to build and execute test cases.
• Track and monitor effectiveness of projects, recommend and implement changes as needed to ensure business objectives are met.
• Continually seek out process improvements that could deliver value to the customer
• Provide end user training and manage systems testing activities as required.
• Define and document processes, procedures and data flows of business systems; configures system settings and options.

Let's talk about You

• 8+ years of experience in delivering large scale technology projects/programs in Supply Chain Operations.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite modules focusing on order to cash.
• 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Managements Systems, preferably HighJump/Korber.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL and writing complex queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience in all phases of project cycle interfacing both with technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users.
• Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong familiarity with software development methodologies and change management process.
• Working knowledge of SFDC, and Data Analysis Applications and Tools preferred.
• Strong project management, business process design and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
• Able to manage internal customer relationships and expectations.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Technology (STEM discipline)
