Job Description
Position Goals:
Facilitate the achievement of obtaining optimal business value (efficiency and effectiveness) out of the resources utilized by the treasury management and merchant processing group, including capital, technology and staff. Solve business problems through analysis and facilitation to achieve more efficient and effective operations. Responsible for eliciting the actual needs of the stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, identifying business opportunities, preparing documentation and evaluating risk.

Position Requirements:
Education - High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Experience - Minimum of three (3)years of related analyst experience.
Other - Business intelligence analytics and reporting experience.
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Two (2) years of treasury management experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Efficiency/Effectiveness
- Ensure the treasury management and merchant processing group is fully utilizing the feature/functionality of all performance measurement tools. Actively seek ways to improve efficiency or effectiveness levels within the team by increasing utilization of systems and tools.
- Monitor and enhance efficiency in business processes and systems to achieve cost reductions and optimal performance.
Customer Service and Support
- Provide quality and time support services to internal customers.
- Responsible for evaluating treasury management and merchant processing performance measurement tools, and/or new product offerings to assigned systems and identifying the business value proposition and/or the operational efficiencies to be gained. Recommend changes to senior management.
- Communicate, coordinate, and resolve any and all issues revolving around assignments.
Technical
- Coordinate with EAS / Operations to ensure all treasury management and merchant processing performance measurement tools are kept current. Accomplish this by utilizing well defined testing and staging approaches (change control processes) in cooperation with Operations and the Business Intelligence team.
- Assist in ensuring data integrity is maintained as defined by management.
Management/Special Projects
- Lead and/or participate on special projects as needed (upgrades, patches, consolidations, integrations).
- Perform business process review in order to drive efficiency and utilization gains throughout the division. Provide analysis on treasury management and merchant processing performance dashboards, Commercial Strategies and other projects as assigned.
Training
- Serve as liaison/facilitator between the treasury management and merchant processing team and Operations to provide communication on system changes, upgrades, outages, and problem status with all treasury management and merchant processing performance management applications.
Position Requirements:
