Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Job Description

The Senior Business Analyst participates in a wide variety of complex financial analyses, including but not limited to revenue and operational improvement. Conducts financial and operational analyses, identifies areas for improvement, develops and implements recommendations for process improvements. Provides meaningful reporting and analytic solutions to leadership. Interprets data and analyses to help business stakeholders in making operational and strategic decisions.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Technology or equivalent education/experience
• 5 years analytical experience in healthcare financial analysis or related discipline
• 3 years Revenue Cycle or Finance experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
