If you are motivated and adept at driving process improvements, streamlining workflow, and driving data quality then this is the perfect role. Lead sales process improvements. Measure results to ensure impactful results. Develop KPIs that provide actionable awareness to regional sales teams and business units.
Are you up to the challenge?
  • Drive cross-departmental process improvements to our sales processes.
  • Lead the Quota process - coordinate with Finance and Sales to define, allocate, and report on Quotas;
  • Design, build, and maintain reports/dashboards/KPIs in collaboration the business units and sales regions;
  • Create reports and data visualizations based on ad hoc requirements.
  • Forecast and report actuals for individual and team sales performance. Highlight key observations to sales leadership;
  • Assist with territory management of sales leaders;
  • Recommend improvements of sales performance tracking and quota design;
  • Act as subject matter expert for questions/inquiries for Sales Incentive Plan related topics.

You should definitely have:
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least five years of relevant experience in sales analytics or business/process analysis;
  • Experience in accurately manipulating large data sets in Excel and the ability to interpret data points for non-technical audiences;
  • Effective verbal and written English language communication skills, with the ability to clearly describe business situations, process gaps, and trends, and present information to audiences across a wide range of roles and functions;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to rapidly establish and maintain highly productive working relationships at all levels across the company;
  • Proficient computer skills - must be comfortable using CRM tools, service booking applications, spreadsheets, and reporting tools (Tableau);
  • Flexibility and persistence - you don't give up at the first sign of challenges;
  • Diagnostic thought process - you dig deeper and identify root causes;
  • Ability to apply judgment - on when to flag and escalate issues;
  • Superior problem-solving skills;
  • Process orientation and strong personal quality assurance processes.

It would be nice if you had:
  • Salesforce.com admin experience preferred;
  • Experience with reporting sales performance;
  • Experience working within cross-functional, culturally diverse teams;
