This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst - REMOTE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of software solutions by effectively translating business needs within Agile environments. Your ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams will be essential for analyzing requirements and facilitating clear communication with stakeholders. The position offers a chance to oversee the successful delivery of high-quality products while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and agile best practices.

Accountabilities

  • Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria by collaborating with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with the Business stakeholders to align with business goals.
  • Support sprint planning by helping define and prioritize tasks that drive incremental value.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to share project updates and gather feedback.
  • Analyze business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with the development team to design software solutions that effectively address business needs.
  • Oversee testing and validation efforts to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and applying Agile best practices.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a technical discipline, or any other relevant discipline is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional analyst experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments, particularly within the SAFe framework.
  • Demonstrated expertise in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions, including hands-on experience analyzing, interpreting, and validating EDI data within complex enterprise workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficient in software development processes, including requirements gathering, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
