The Area: Go-to-Market
The GTM team at Moloco defines, designs, and executes on the commercial strategy for the company. The team is responsible for identifying, sizing, and segmenting the opportunity, determining how our sales and business development teams go after it, and enabling them to be successful at doing so. We are alums from top consulting companies, mobile disruptors, big tech, and ad tech leading organizations, and we optimize for growth for each of us and for the company - we value continuous innovation, operational excellence, and effective cross-functional partnerships. Â
About the role
Within the GTM org, the Business Analytics team provides the analytical expertise needed to define and drive our ambitious growth roadmap. Team members use a data-driven approach to develop a deep understanding of our dynamic business, find opportunities for growth, and improve efficiencies and productivity. The team partners closely with other parts of the GTM org, including the GTM Design, Sales Operations, and Sales Activation teams, as well as cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Growth. Insights Analysts directly own high visibility strategic initiatives, and have direct exposure to executives and cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities:
- Translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations through sophisticated analysis and modeling
- Lead complex deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for revenue growth, market penetration, customer retention, sales productivity and product features
- Design experiments and A/B tests to optimize our growth strategies
- Present analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management during monthly business reviews and other forums
 Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative area, such as economics, computer science, mathematics, or statistics, or equivalent applied experience
- 8+ years of quantitative analysis experience in tech, finance, marketing, consulting or similar
- Expertise in working with large datasets, with strong spreadsheet and database query knowledge (e.g. Excel, SQL)
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and teams
- Bonus Points:Â
- Previous experience in the mobile and/or startup space
- Statistics expertise and packages like R, Stata etc
- Consulting experience and/or MBA
