The Partnerships and Business Development team plays a crucial role in accelerating our offerings and expanding into new markets by building strategic partnerships that enhance brand awareness and drive product adoption.

This team oversees partnerships end-to-end from initial agreements to product launches while actively managing relationships to ensure long-term success. They focus on growing measuring and continuously improving each partnership to maximize their impact. As we expand our business we look for the best and brightest to drive strategic business decisions. To this end the team is looking for a Senior Business and Programs Operations Lead to join our Partnerships and Business Development Team.

The Difference You Will Make

In this role you will lead strategic initiatives manage multiple workstreams prioritize key objectives and provide actionable insights to the Partnerships and Business Development leadership team. You’ll create scalable growth-driven solutions and programs while fostering seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.

A Typical day

• Strategic Leadership : Define the operating system strategy for a large distributed organization ensuring alignment with Airbnb-wide initiatives.

• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with crossfunctional teams to remove barriers integrate insights and implement scalable solutions.

• Program Operations : Develop and execute key programs workstreams and strategic initiatives ensuring prioritization and alignment with business objectives.

• Executive Support & Representation : Prepare executive-ready materials for key meetings reports and trackers represent the team in internal and external forums and act as a proxy for senior leadership when needed.

• Integrated Insights : Synthesize data trends field feedback and analysis into actionable recommendations to optimize growth and enhance Stays Supply performance.

• Growth Enablement : Identify and incorporate high-impact initiatives into team roadmaps ensuring effective collaboration across other functions.

Your Expertise

• 12+ years experience in consulting position or project management in the hospitality or online Travel Agency (OTA) industry is preferred

• Experience working cross-functionally with product marketing sales operations and enablement teams

• Ability to take initiative and deal with ambiguity and uncertainty

• Strong appetite for working with the Airbnb community

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organizational skills

• Pays attention to both details and macro-level outcomes

• Seasoned internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic and ever changing startup environment

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.

• Data driven can do attitude strategic thinker and passion for new products and solutions.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Your Location

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites as agreed to with your manager.
