About this role:
As Senior Business Architect you are part of a unique and small Architecture team within JET. Centrally located within InfoSec, Risk & Control, you provide a knowledge base for your peers and direct colleagues. You do this by creating different viewpoints and understanding the role of different teams within the organization. Additionally, you provide JET colleagues with process and IT landscape mapping expertise where necessary.
A key feature of the team is that we provide second line support - we don't drive the change, but we suggest improvements and provide feedback where we can. This means that we're slightly distanced from the business, which helps us to get an objective view of JET. It also allows us to ask critical questions that challenge leadership. In doing so, we help make JET a more efficient and secure organization.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Understand and interpret business processes on a global scale
• Understand and interpret applications in a vast IT landscape, spread across our entire organization. This includes Product & Tech, Customer Services, Sales, Finance etc.
• Visualize business processes and IT architecture using the appropriate design language
• Provide insights and recommendations regarding business processes and applications
• Manage a wide variety of stakeholders from all layers of the organization
• Be able to create custom views for those stakeholders, tailored to their requirements
• Apply Architecture Frameworks within reason
• Evaluate business capabilities and their maturity
• Be a visualization expert - advocating best practices and looking for opportunities to further improve our standards

What will you ideally bring to the table?

• IT background (e.g. Software Engineer, Technical Product Manager/Owner).
• Expertise in Business/Enterprise Architecture, ArchiMate, and BPMN.
• Familiarity with data science and Bizzdesign is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to present complex system ideas and solutions effectively.
