Your Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Business Change Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and facilitating the adoption of SAP S/4HANA across complex projects for our clients. This role involves developing and executing change management strategies plans and communication initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams stakeholders and end-users to drive awareness understanding and acceptance of the SAP S/4HANA platform. You will developing training strategies though organisational and role analysis ensuring excellent in the deliver of training programs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong track record in d elivering complex ERP programmes in SAP S/4 HANA across multiple countries
• Track record of leading large teams
• Strong understanding of change management principles methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement communication training and feedback collection.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess the impact of change and develop appropriate strategies.
• Project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Certification in SAP
