The Senior Business Consultant, under the direction of the Project Director, is primarily responsible for successful project delivery. From discovery to project completion, you will lead project teams to execute and guide our clients through their implementation experience.
What you'll do:
Use industry experience to gather and document thorough business requirements Consume and analyze large amounts of data Configure Varicent products based on customer requirements Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers’ requirements Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders Author thorough solution documentation Collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable project and product growth Enable your customers to effectively use and maintain their Varicent solution Develop Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes for data preparation Document and communicate project status regularly to the Project Management team Coordinate and communicate with the customer’s project manager and project resources Guide customers towards proven / recommended approaches to satisfying their business needs Proactively contribute to the evolution of Varicent products Travel to client sites domestically or internationally as able based on COVID-19 accessibility

Within 1 month, you will:
Participate in new hire training, bootcampOrient yourself with Varicent delivery methodology and key deliverablesComplete Varicent CertificationHave a good overview of the market, the customers, and the user personas

Be engaged on a full-time projectIncrease familiarity with key Varicent modulesComplete build and configuration of intermediate or advanced deliverables within a projectParticipate in the Test phase of a project to diagnose and resolve defects

Lead medium-to-large scale implementation projectsParticipate in knowledge-sharing sessions within your immediate and broader teams Mentor new hires on product implementation and project methodology Stay up to date on product improvements
Within 1 year, you will:
Prescriptively guide customers toward recommended approaches to satisfy requirementsProviding technical governance and quality control over delivered work by yourself and other team membersPresent a project success presentation to the larger Professional Services organization Be able to demonstrate the success of your work through customer feedback and internal feedbackBecome a subject matter expert in several aspects of Varicent ICMBe able to provide accurate product feedback to Project Management teamsWhat you'll bring:
At least 7 years of experience in IT Consulting, Enterprise Software Implementation Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical field or a related business discipline A strong leader with a track record of leading large, complex software implementationsStrong business communication skills (multilingual is a plus) Customer-centric – ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs at every stage of the product developmentPrior experience with Query Based Languages and Relational DatabasesHigh energy with a drive to succeed Initiative and ability to work with minor oversight Ability to adapt to evolving and changing processesPreferred: Strong understanding of Sales Performance Management domainPreferred: At least 4 years of experience implementing Sales Performance Management solutionsOur Culture:
