Senior Business Development Manager

Customer Management Practice's Digital division has enjoyed considerable growth in recent years, and we have no intention of slowing down. To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a passionate business development manager to generate new business and cultivate long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will be stellar at building client relationships, eager for a leadership opportunity, and experienced in research, publishing, or advertising sales. Our hire will be an integral part of the CMP team with ample opportunities for personal commission, override incentives, and professional growth.

What you'll do:

• Generate new business for our CCW Digital and Customer Engagement Insider portals
• Collect, share, and act on client feedback to create lucrative long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure CMP Digital's offerings are as sellable and resonant as possible.
• Manage a full sales cycle from prospecting, to deal closure, to rebooking
• Build and manage a team of sales development representatives and account executives within the CMP Digital portfolio

What will set you apart:

• Impressive record in the B2B demand generation, content syndication, or research sales
• Specific experience with customer contact, customer experience, and marketing clients would make you a particular standout
• 3+ years managing a full sales cycle
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing SDRs
• Familiarity with Oracle Sales Cloud and/or Seamless.AI
