We offer students the opportunity to learn or review school material with the help of learning videos, practice problems, learning games and worksheets.

 

As Senior Business Development Manager International (m/f/d) you are in charge of developing our international school sales channel and help us establish and expand our offer into the international market.

Your Mission

As part of our Business Operations Team you are responsible for product introductions and direct sales of teacher and school licenses to schools in our international markets. You develop and establish the sales channel for acquiring schools in the international schools market, as well as the UK and US school markets.

  • Identifying and developing new acquisition sales opportunities through networking at education fairs and talking to international schools and school providers

  • Responsibility for identifying prospects, setting appointments and closing sales

  • Seeking to build multiple relationships within a customer account in an effort to expand sales

  • Navigating multiple steps in the sales process and being able to influence high level decision makers

  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to key decision makers

  • Responsibility for creating a strategic business development plan that outlines the level of activity needed to meet territory objectives

  • Account management: support of new customers during the post-sale process, feedback meetings and license renewals

  • Maintaining accurate information and activity tracking in CRM (Pipedrive)

  • Producing accurate and timely forecasts as required by management

 

Your Profile

You are experienced in selling into government and/or education verticals and have the ability to translate customer needs into sofatutor solutions. You are ready to take on the challenge to address a new target group and win long-term and sustainable customers to bring sofatutor to schools in our international markets. In addition to that you bring the following characteristics:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience

  • Experience selling into government and/or education verticals.

  • SaaS, or edtech sales experience preferred.

  • Excellent time management combined with writing, communication and presentation skills

  • High degree of willingness to travel and ability to represent our company around the world.
