Responsibilities:
Identifying and prioritizing prospective strategic partnerships in the Talent and Tech space
Leading the prospecting, negotiating and contracting with prioritized partners
Initiating the kickoff and activation process, while transitioning to long term relationship managers, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Owning and nurturing partnerships from first contact to successful launch
Requirements:
You have 5+ years of experience in a sales focussed partnerships role. Closing experience is a plus.
You have a strong understanding of the partnership landscape, especially within professional services, and are well-connected within the space
You have a way with words and can write email copy, deliver presentations, and design campaigns that activate partners.
You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
You are an active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows.
You are proficient in spoken and written English
