To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative.
Your Impact:
The Senior Business Development Representative performs all business development activities within the top of the funnel. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, capturing and winning new business pursuits, and engaging in initial conversations with prospects.
This team truly fuels Mirakl’s sales engine. The results of the group and individual directly impact the growth trajectory of the business and our ability to achieve annual revenue goals. It is an exciting and high-stakes role with a lot of senior visibility.Â
As Mirakl shapes a new market for B2C & B2B enterprises, the Senior Business Development Representative plays an instrumental role in our success. You will be challenged to think creatively while challenging your prospects to pioneer new ways of meeting customer demands. This, along with a dynamic and innovative team and company culture, will help you build the skills necessary to advance your career at Mirakl.
What you will do at Mirakl:
- Research target accounts, identify key players and craft targeted messaging
- Partner closely with experienced Enterprise Account Executives to determine persona targets, develop prospecting plans and strategize creatively to gain access to key accounts
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls with senior leaders at large enterprises to create sales-ready opportunities for your Account Executives
- Be the prospecting subject matter expert - share learnings and best practices of the outbound process with the organization to support the success of the team
- You will have goals across performance as well as skill development set up for you to achieve your career progression from business development into sales or other departments
What Mirakl is looking for in a Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ months of Business Development experience or 2+ years professional experience
- Ability to creatively problem solve in a professional environment
- Demonstrated success pitching senior executives within enterprise organizations
- Motivated by developing through consistent coaching and training
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft and ZoomInfo a plus
- Experience in the SaaS solution space is a plus
- Strong understanding of the eCommerce tech space a plus
