Senior Business Development Representative
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales
- Research high propensity accounts in order to position Corcentric and the solution/service set that can solve an identified business need. Identifies new opportunities through researching company's financials and pain points.
- Partner closely with Sales in support of growing their outbound pipeline. Works collaboratively with Sales teams to develop an overall customer account plan to maximize opportunities. Leads and participates in discovery calls with Sales team as needed. Participate with Sales Directors to identify targets for outbound prospecting within defined ICP.
- Arrange calls/meetings with prospects and sales directors, attend calls and serve as liaison between prospect and sales team.
- Maximizes prospect conversion rate by effectively utilizing sales and marketing materials, appropriate databases, technology, and social media platforms
Partner with Marketing
- Partner closely with marketing to provide trends discussed and seen within their assigned accounts in order for marketing to create ongoing campaigns to foster inbound lead conversion.
- Maintains records within CRM database, familiarity with SalesForce, Outreach, Marketo, etc. Actively monitor and drive traffic to website
- Lead, own, and execute independent lead-generation campaigns
Build Relationships
- Nurture relationships with key personas within targeted accounts via various communication channels - keep cold prospects warm
- Proactively build out accounts using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.
- Become a Corcentric SME with the ability to position our unique solutions and services in both a broad and finite fashion based on the prospects identified goals and initiatives
- Stay involved, as needed, with prospect to ensure ongoing communication and assist deals to close
Requirements
- Excellent phone presence
- Ability to craft compelling email messaging
- 5 years experience in sales development
- SaaS background preferred
- Experience in account research preferred
