Senior Business Development Representative

As a member of this tight-knit team in our lively Boston office, you will work closely with a seasoned Sales Director and the marketing team to achieve your goals.
In This Role You Will
- Identify high-quality prospects for the CallMiner solution
- Effectively communicate the value of our solutions and products to different types of buyers
- Proactively communicate with prospects across a range of channels
- Schedule discovery meetings and demos
- Partner with a Sales Director to create customer development plans
- Participate in CallMiner's in-depth onboarding, sales and product training
Requirements
Who You Are
- You have previous BDR experience
- Eager to learn new technologies, tools, and applications
- Someone who has excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Enjoys having conversations with others and building strong relationships
- You are curious, empathetic, proactive and hungry to learn
- You excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
- Organized and able to prioritize and manage time effectively
