Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

You will report to the Senior Manager of Customer Success Data Analytics and will work with Data Engineers, Analysts and Operational leaders to dive deep into the data, define KPIs and build dashboards to present results to leadership.

The impact you will have:

• Perform advanced analyses to understand the health of the business and the customer, including building Customer LTV and Customer segmentation models
• Partner with business stakeholders to drive analytical projects that enable them to decisions
• Present results to leadership
• Work with IT to support the design of a data infrastructure that will serve as the single source of truth for all reporting and analysis, including providing requirements, validating results and providing input on data quality
• Design, build and maintain dashboards that executives, managers and ICs can use for reporting and insights

What we look for:

• Background working in and supporting a technology organization, with experience in Marketing Analytics, Sales Analytics, and Customer Success Analytics.
• 7+ years of experience as a data analyst
• Expert writing SQL, R, Python or any language pulling and manipulating data
• Comfort diving into large, complex datasets with little or no documentation
• Experience in Tableau
• Experience managing complex project
• Familiarity with Salesforce will be helpful in this role
