What we’re looking for
SurveyMonkey is looking for a Sr Business Intelligence Analyst, Marketing to join our Data Products team. This is an impactful, centralized, and visible team. As an analyst on our team, you will lead efforts that analyze our data to capture business insights, attributes and behaviors that help us optimize our digital marketing strategy, investment and campaigns across SEM, Social and Display. This person will play a key role in determining next steps on channel and budget allocation, testing, content and more to drive new account registrations, new subscribers, leads, improve efficiency and drive long-term revenue for SurveyMonkey. The end goal is to ensure strategic and tactical digital marketing decisions are led by data-driven insights.Â
What you’ll be working on
- Refine and optimize the end-to-end campaign strategy and tactics for acquisition, conversion and retention
- Partner with internal digital marketing team members to implement advanced attribution measurement methodologies (MMM and MTA)Â
- Conduct in-depth analysis to understand the effectiveness and long-term impact of our awareness-marketing spend on the businessÂ
- Communicate the results of complex analyses in a clear, concise manner with both business as well as technical audiences
- Hands-on creation of dashboards for marketing analytics function
- Work with the Data Engineering team to ensure accurate collection of data in the EDW and troubleshoot any data anomalies
- Drive efforts to enrich data sources which will be utilized for reporting, analysis and campaign targeting
We’d love to hear from people with
- 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics
- Knowledge and experience of digital marketing analytics functions such as campaign attribution/effectiveness, web tracking and customer lifecycle marketing
- Ability to craft raw data into well-written and persuasive data stories through analysis
- Excellent problem-solving capability with attention to detail
- Experience with at least one analytics and visualization tool such as Tableau, Looker, etcÂ
- Advanced Proficiency in SQL and statistical calculations for business measurement
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
The base pay provided for this position ranges from $113,900 / year - $154,100 / year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
Bonuses and commissions may also be offered as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; paid holidays; paid time off; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
