Philips has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer - Einstein Analytics Tableau CRM to join our dynamic team! In this role you are a part of:
As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer - Einstein Analytics Tableau CRM you are part of the M2O (Market to Order) BI delivery team that specializes in building scalable Business Intelligence solutions for North American Commercial Sales Operations team of Philips using the CRM Analytics product. You will work with Sales Excellence leaders, Sales Zone VPs, District Leaders and Business Partners to develop analytics solutions that provide valuable insights on various performance metrics across the Sales organization.
About the role:
Using your strong technical expertise in Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM / CRM Analytics), you will help build the core framework around which Analytics solutions will be built on the Salesforce CRM-A platform. The role involves wearing varying hats to suit the business requirements and will be broadly split along the following lines:
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using tools available in the landscape including and not limited to CRMA, Tableau, Salesforce; Work with Sales teams to understand business processes, elicit requirements and design solutions
- Work with Sales teams to understand business processes, elicit requirements, design solutions
- Design and develop solutions using Einstein Discovery frameworks
- Collaborate with Global team to build development and release frameworks for CRMA platform, define deployment processes across various environments like Dev/UAT/Production, source code control
- Build a Center of Excellence to define standards for GUI development, dataflows, recipes, optimize existing dataflows for improved performance
- Knowledge management, train business users, act as SME for CRMA solutions being developed by other teams
To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience using Business Intelligence tools, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM / CRM Analytics development is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience writing complex SQL queries
Preferred Qualifications:
- CRMA certified
- Azure DevOps, Github
- Experience in Healthcare or Sales Analytics domain
- Strong Verbal Communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Bachelors Degree
