Your Mission 

As a Senior Business Operations Analyst at SADA, you will play a key role in our rapidly growing business, to measure, define and optimize our business processes. You will work closely with all levels of management and the IT team to support the development and implementation of technology solutions that make SADA’s operations more efficient and transparent. You are passionate about data driven decisions, operational excellence and delivering creative solutions.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Take the lead in eliciting, identifying, and evaluating business and system requirements for our portfolio of business applications. Describe and document business scenarios and processes in language understandable to both technical and domain stakeholders.  
  • Own the requirements through their full lifecycle. Ensure that requirements are: clearly documented, reviewed and approved by the business community, managed and updated under change control, and developed, tested and implemented to meet the true business needs.
  • Lead end-to-end business process review and develop best in class business processes for our diverse base of user groups. Create and maintain business process modeling documentation in our new BPM tool. Work cross functionally to define and establish standardized work instructions and operating procedures. 
  • Develop subject matter expertise and act as the systems admin for our BPM tool.
  • Support the deployment of improvements into our operational practices and continually refine core business processes. 
  • Proactively monitor, identify and resolve ongoing day-to-day business and operational issues. Monitor and track supporting processes to ensure business reporting accuracy.
  • Understand and negotiate the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide timely, accurate and efficient administration and maintenance of operational data. Identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks.

Expectations

Training - Ongoing with first-week orientation at HQ followed by a 90-day onboarding schedule. Details of the timeline can be shared.

Job Requirements

Required Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or formal Business Analysis training
  • 5+ years related professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years in requirement gathering

Required Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated fluency in business process modeling and documentation.
  • Strong experience gathering requirements, eliciting feedback, and developing use cases and requirements documents.
  • Experience documenting requirements using flow charts, sequence diagrams and process workflows. 
  • Knowledge of data visualization libraries and tools, data conversion and interface design
  • Accountability, dependability, and consistency
  • Excellent written and verbal and communications skills
  • Passion for learn emerging technologies and embracing continuous professional development
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong sense of ownership
