Senior Business Operations Manager - Product & Technology (Science & AI)

Are you a seasoned Senior Business Operations Manager who can bridge Product and Technology and has experience with Science & AI? If so, we would love to hear from you.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing business operations team and work closely with the SVP Data & Science and GM of AI Product. You will be a trusted advisor and a critical execution partner to senior leaders, shaping and influencing key business process activities.

Other key responsibilities will include:

• Drive the execution and continual improvement of operational and planning activities, including establishing and tracking OKRs and metrics. 
• Proactively identify and shape opportunities for improvement and synergies across operations.
• Drive strong business and commercial outcomes, helping steer and measure capital allocations to the areas of highest priority in a data-informed way. 
• Facilitate and guide your division and teams to effectively prioritise, measure and report on key metrics, working closely with the Insights & Analytics function and the relevant finance business partner. 
• Provide mentorship and coaching in the team, helping to build a collaborative and engaged culture. 




Within the AI space you will:

• Be responsible for visibility of streams of work, including the operational engagement model. 
• Have specific accountability for building impactful relationships as an operations advisor working with senior leaders, building domain specific knowledge and supporting special projects with senior leaders.

Experience you will bring with you...

• 8+ years in operations, product or strategy roles, with technology sector experience preferred.
•  Strong understanding of technology, AI and the product development process.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence at a range of levels, ideally with geographically dispersed stakeholders.
• Experience of modern delivery principles and practices would be advantageous
