PROJECT:

Parsons is managing a Technical Services (TS) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work; conduct studies, analysis, testing and measuring; perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews; commissioning services; construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders, and information technology (IT) support.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

Parsons is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to perform the following:

  • Assist in data management duties by collecting, consolidate and storing information and data for management.
  • Participate in the customers annual data call process.
  • Assists with developing recommendations and guidance documentation for new or revised processes.
  • Support business process development and data management initiatives.
  • Prepare various status reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project or Construction Management, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8-10 years of related work experience.
  • Working knowledge of facilities processes is helpful
  • Must be US Citizen
  • ACTIVE TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH CLEARANCE REQUIRED

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Business background with understanding of the process used for business planning.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Written and oral communication skills appropriate for the position, including the ability to speak very well in basic professional situations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • This is a full-time position, based in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Salary Range:

$92,200.00 - $161,400.00
