Endpoint is looking for a Senior Business Operations & Strategy Associate who will contribute to process improvement initiatives, project oversight, and strategic decision-making. They play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and supporting stakeholders across the organization. The individual will be responsible for enabling internal strategy projects within the operations cohort and supporting the quarterly planning. 

As a Senior Business Operations & Strategy Associate, you will use your skills to:

• Manage process improvement and strategic projects from conception to implementation.
• Develop a deep understanding and act as a subject matter expert on operational processes and best practices.
• Analyze complex data, processes and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process changes and enhancements.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Utilize automation tools like Jira for process optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and measure the impact of changes.
• Make recommendations for the use of new or existing technology to enhance processes.

You'll come to Endpoint with:

• 4+ years of experience in a business operations or analyst role. Experience leading process improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency knowledge of tools like Jira, Zapier, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex projects with high impact.
• Contributes significantly to operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

• We offer competitive compensation; Base pay is one part of your total compensation package in addition to annual bonus. This role pays between $73,000 and $143,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.

This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of posting and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate's education, training and experience.
